Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I assist on complex cases involving children, which can be situated anywhere within the PLO process from pre-proceedings to the final stage of care proceedings. These cases centre on a variety of issues, from mental health to domestic violence. They also involve a wide range of clients from parents to children and other family members.
I achieved a merit in two LLM degrees I have recently undertaken. I have also previously completed the LPC and obtained a commendation. Significantly, I have past experience working in the Citizens’ Advice Bureau and Leigh Day assisting caseworkers, solicitors, and other legal professionals on a wide range of cases involving vulnerable clients. I have gained experience of drafting and analysing legal documents, from working in a wide range of firms and I am able to use this capability to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
I am enthusiastic about providing the best support to clients and guiding them through the PLO and care proceedings process. I am also motivated to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s perspective, so that their voice can be heard throughout this process. I am contactable via telephone and email.
