Martine Wong

I joined the Housing Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in September 2025. I currently work under the supervision of Solicitor Amandeep Bains and Director Manjinder Kaur Atwal.

I assist on a range of cases, including homelessness cases, possession proceedings, suitability reviews, housing litigation, eviction proceedings, disrepair claims, harassment issues, injunction proceedings and judicial review applications. I am eager to deepen my understanding of Housing Law and remain committed to assisting vulnerable individuals during pivotal moments in their lives.

I am dedicated to promoting social justice, and I am keen on securing the best outcomes for my clients. I have previous experience in pro bono and charity work, having volunteered at the University of Birmingham’s Free Legal Advice Clinic, where I was able to assist and support a wide range of vulnerable clients with various needs. I intend on pursuing the SQE exams, and I aspire to qualify as a solicitor in the future.
