Profile / Experience
I am a Solicitor in the Public Law and Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis, working under the supervision of Director Toufique Hossain. My legal expertise covers the full spectrum of immigration law, including, judicial review, appeals, human rights and asylum matters.
I have been instructed in a wide variety of complex immigration and public law cases, including judicial reviews, long running fresh claims and appeals against deportation from the UK. I act for both publicly funded and privately funded clients and regularly represent vulnerable individuals with mental health issues, many of whom are victims of torture, trauma and/or sexual violence.
I am experienced in and willing to take on and act in urgent challenges against removal cases and am committed to securing justice on behalf of my clients.
I am a Level 2 accredited caseworker under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Scheme meaning I have demonstrated the required expertise and knowledge in this area of law that the Law Society requires.
