I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am based in the firm’s London offices and currently work with a dedicated team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers under the supervision of Director, Gergana Pentcheva.
I predominantly advise and assist publicly funded (legal aid) clients on a wide range of immigration, asylum and human rights matters, including family reunion and settlement applications, victims of trafficking and modern slavery, victims of domestic violence and unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors.
I am qualified under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker and I hold DBS Enhanced Status, which enables me to represent vulnerable clients with their international protection claims.
My previous legal experiences and my current caseworker position have provided me with extensive knowledge of immigration matters and have reinforced my strong commitment to the field of immigration law.
I am also fluent in Dutch and Farsi.
