I joined Duncan Lewis in January 2016 having worked previously in Mental Health Law at other law firms since September 2013. I have completed seats in the Family and Child Care departments as a Trainee Solicitor.
I qualified as a Solicitor in October 2016 and I work full time in the Mental Health Department. I represent clients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act at First-tier Mental Health Tribunals, Care Programme Approach meetings and Hospital Managers’ Hearings. I am passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and feel they require support and legal representation.
I obtained my Mental Health Panel Accreditation in April 2015 and I am able to assist vulnerable clients who are deemed to lack capacity.
