I am a Solicitor in the Family and Childcare department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am currently based in the firm's Dalston office in London, having joined the firm in 2012.
I have extensive experience in a range of Family and Childcare matters. My area of expertise includes; divorce and financial settlements; cohabitation issues; domestic violence and occupation disputes; Private Law children proceedings including prohibited steps, specific issues and child arrangement applications; Public Law Children matters such as cases against local authorities, pre-proceedings work, interim care and Supervision Orders, Emergency Protection Orders and Adoption and Placement Orders. I also specialise in Voluntary Care Agreements under Section 20 of the Children Act, applications for Special Guardianship and Parental Responsibility and Protection from Harassment and child abduction wardship proceedings.
I have experience in advocacy in courts across England. I also undertake voluntary pro bono work on a fortnightly basis at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
