The PhD student who was found dead at the Regency property in Bath Somerset has been said to be strangled to death a postmortem report has revealed.
The body of Carmen Miron-Buchacra, 28, was discovered at the Regency property in Bath, Somerset, which she shared with her partner, investment administrator Paul Keene, 31, who has been charged with her murder.
The killing is being seen as a domestic incident and Keene, 31, was made to appear before Bath Magistrates Court accused of killing Miss Miron-Buchacra. He has been remanded in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court on July 10.
Emergency services found Miss Miron-Buchacra strangled at the scene with the couple’s young baby crying nearby.

The police were called after a disturbance was heard from the home which was situated just few yards from row of renowned multi-million pounds flats.
The terraced property where the police discovered the body of the victim was worth around £250,000.
The victim addressed as Gaby by her friends and colleagues was a fifth year research student at the University of Bath, where she was studying for an Integrated PhD in Post-genomic Biosciences.
Dr Richard Hooley, Head of the Department of Biology and Biochemistry, where Gaby studied, paid tribute to Gaby as 'outstanding and gifted'.
He said all who worked with her would miss her a lot. He added that she was an outstanding and gifted research student and a lively engaging and caring young woman.
One resident who did not wanted to be identified said the police had told him that the couple had 11 month old baby. Another friend had confided that the night the incident took place there was lots of drink involved. The police said that the couple never had been in any trouble before.
Local business owner David Price was shocked such a terrible incident could happen in one of the most affluent parts of Bath.
Mr Keene is listed as working as an administrator for Advance Investments Limited, in Bath, since 2007.
On its website, the company claims that Paul had become an integral part of the Advance support team with over 10 years experience in different sectors of the Financial Services industry.
