I am a solicitor in the Public Law department, based in our City of London office. I work under the supervision of Simon Robinson and director Toufique Hossain. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2025 via the SQE route. Prior to this, I worked as a trainee solicitor in Duncan Lewis' public law and immigration team.
I manage a diverse caseload of highly vulnerable individuals and families. Within the immigration field, I specialise in advising clients in applications for asylum, for temporary leave to stay as recognised victims of human trafficking and in complex family reunion applications and appeals. As part of Duncan Lewis' Public Law team, I have worked on Judicial Reviews claims challenging the revocation of humanitarian protection withdrawal, asylum decision delays, fresh claim refusals and asylum accommodation evictions.
I have been heavily involved in the array of public law litigation challenging the conditions and treatment of Tamil asylum seekers held in the British Indian Ocean Territory of Diego Garcia. I played a central role in CT & Ors v Commissioner for the BIOT confirming the applicability of the Children Act 1989 on Diego Garcia. I continue to represents Duncan Lewis' clients as they navigate their applications for international protection in the UK.
