Jessica Boakye Yiadom

I am a solicitor in Duncan Lewis' Family & Child Care Department, specialising in childcare cases, as well as publicly funded family law act and private children act cases such as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Child Arrangement Orders.

Although newly qualified as a solicitor in 2023, I have over 6 years of experience working in Family Law as a paralegal/caseworker and trainee solicitor, representing and assisting clients in various cases of various complexities.

I represent parent clients in Care Proceedings, of various backgrounds, vulnerabilities and needs, as well as applicants and respondents in Family Law Act cases and Children Act cases, particularly those with Domestic Violence elements.

I am based in our City of London office and I regularly advise and assist clients across Croydon and South East London. I am available to meet clients in-person and/or remotely.

I am fluent in the Ghanaian dialect of Twi.
