I am a Director at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in the Birmingham office, specialising in matrimonial finance, divorce, private children disputes and domestic abuse injunction proceedings. I act for clients in both privately funded and Legal Aid matters, advising on complex family law cases from initial instruction through to contested hearings and final resolution.

Since 2020 (having qualified in 2022), I have gained extensive experience in privately funded divorce and financial remedy matters, including high net worth cases involving complex asset structures, property portfolios, business interests, pensions and disputes as to non-matrimonial assets. I advise clients on both the strategic and practical issues arising from the breakdown of a marriage, with a focus on achieving sensible, commercially minded and cost-effective outcomes.
