I am a Caseworker in the Public Law and Immigration team at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Since joining the team, I have assisted with Judicial Review matters, including challenges to decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department to unlawfully detain and remove Claimants. These have included victims of torture being removed under the Dublin Regulations. I currently work under the supervision of Public Law and Immigration Director Bahar Ata.
I am qualified under the Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as Level 1 Caseworker.
I also have vast experience dealing with Personal Injury cases in relation to RTA, Employers Liability, Public Liability & Product Liability cases dealing mainly with Commercial Clients.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, swimming, singing and reading.
