Fijian-born British soldiers lose latest legal fight to stay in UK (The Guardian) (28 October 2020)

The Guardian reports on the High Court’s decision to reject our call for judicial review of eight Commonwealth veterans’ immigration case. Immigration director Vinita Templeton comments that she and council will “…continue to pursue legal redress vigorously for what we consider to be a just and principled cause” An oral hearing has been scheduled for December 2020.
