Immigration director, Vinita Templeton, co-authors an article for Free Movement discussing Commonwealth soldiers in the armed forces and the Armed Forces Bill. The article highlights Vinita’s recent group action lodged on behalf of eight Fijian veterans as well as the general consensus that non-British soldiers in the armed forces should be able to get ILR — if not British citizenship — as easily as possible.
