Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Immigration department. I currently work under the guidance of Director Nazia Khan & Solicitor Raman Kumar.
I assist with taking client instructions, preparing attendance notes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files in line with firm and Legal Aid Agency requirements.
As part of my work, I also assist with legal research, drafting correspondence, witness statements and legal representations in support of immigration applications and appeals.
I am particularly interested in immigration and asylum law and in developing my experience assisting vulnerable clients.
I am fluent in English and Albanian, which enables me to assist clients where language support is beneficial.
