I am a Caseworker in the Housing Team, working under the supervision of my director, Manjinder Kaur Atwal and supervising solicitor Retha Khan. My work primarily focuses on public funding cases, including homelessness, possession, disrepair and unlawful evictions.
Prior to joining Duncan Lewis Solicitors, I was a Housing Paralegal at a West London Law Firm where I assisted many clients under the Legal Help Scheme. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with homelessness, pre-action litigation matters, time sensitive reviews/appeals and identifying defences to possession claims, in particular to Section 21 claims. I have also taken part in pro bono work.
I have a passion for helping the most vulnerable in society, and I work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes.
