I am an immigration solicitor with over 6 years of experience working in immigration.
I have worked on a wide variety of cases during my time, varying from representing high net worth clients and corporate entities to asylum and human rights work. I have experience in advising on all aspects of private client immigration matters, including family visas, ancestry visas, investor visas, naturalisation and ILR. I also have assisted clients in their business immigration needs, including sponsor licences, expansion worker licences, global talent and skilled worker visas.
I have experience in assisting vulnerable clients in their asylum claims, in addition to vast experience in domestic violence based immigration applications and human rights claims.
I am fluent in English and Urdu, and am comfortable taking instructions in either language.
