I am a qualified Lawyer (international) joining Duncan Lewis as a Senior Caseworker in their private client team. I will be working directly with Director Caroline Roche on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
I have experience in drafting wills including but not limited to Islamic Wills, business wills, discretionary trust and other testamentary trusts. As well as drafting Wills, I have experience in probate, letter of administration, lasting powers of attorney and trust matters. I have assisted variety of clients including high-net worth and business owners in drafting wills and trust to suit their needs.
