Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Immigration Law Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in the firm’s Luton office. I work with a team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers under the supervision of Director, Bahar Ata.
I have day to day handling of case progression in a wide range of immigration, asylum and human rights matters. I have experience when it comes to asylum work, human rights and appeals, as well as dealing with individuals in relation to settling, working, and studying in the UK. In my previous work placement, I was responsible for many private cases, particularly those relating to spouse visas. I have carried out tasks such as submitting appeal bundles, bail matters and further submissions as a fresh claim.
I am qualified under the Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as Level 1 Caseworker
