Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Public Law Department at Duncan Lewis and I work under the supervision of Director of Public Law, Toufique Hossain.
In October of 2017 I joined the firm following a successful work placement program and I spent several months providing support and assistance to Solicitors within the Public Law team in a wide range of tasks including creating bundles, liaising with clients and other public officials and carrying out legal research for both private and publicly funded cases. At present, my duties include providing all members of the team with effective and timely administrative support such as, lodging and assistance in preparing court bundles, background research, billing and archiving.
Before joining Duncan Lewis, I worked as a paramedic for the Italian Ambulance Service for several years. I have also been a volunteer of the Italian Red Cross where I helped organise food and clothing banks for asylum seekers in Milan. Until recently, I was a board member of a newly founded charity based in Milan that provides A&E services, first aid training for the public and a wide range of activities aiming to support vulnerable people in the community.
I am fluent in Italian.
