I am a Solicitor in the Child Care and Family Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Since joining the firm in February 2020 as a Caseworker, I have gained experience in a wide variety of complex and high-profile cases. I subsequently completed my training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2024.
I have significant experience working with vulnerable clients, including victims of domestic abuse and individuals facing complex personal circumstances. I have a particular specialism in representing vulnerable parents in both public and private law proceedings. In addition, I have experience in divorce and civil partnership dissolution matters.
I have also assisted in representing a vulnerable client in Child Abduction and Wardship proceedings, which resulted in a reported case.
My practice covers a wide range of matters, including:
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, I also gained experience in residential conveyancing at a firm outside London. Having completed the LPC, I have additional knowledge of employment law, immigration, real estate, business law, and civil and criminal dispute resolution.
I am fluent in Polish and welcome Polish-speaking clients. I undertake both legal aid and private work.
