I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Child Care and Family Department at Duncan Lewis. I have gained experience in a wide variety of complex and high-profile cases since I started working at Duncan Lewis in February 2020.
I have significant experience dealing with vulnerable clients including those who are victims of domestic abuse and those suffering from complex issues. I have a particular specialism in representing vulnerable parents in public and private law proceedings. I also have experience in divorce and civil partnership dissolution cases.
I assisted with representing a vulnerable client in Child Abduction/Wardship proceedings, a reported case.
I am supervised by solicitor and director, Adeeba Naseem and I assist with a wide range of cases, including:
- Child abduction
- International family law - Wardship
- Care proceedings
- PLO matters
I work well under pressure and possess high attention to detail and organisational skills, enabling me to digest large amounts of data and information effectively. I have further work experience in residential conveyancing thanks to my previous work in a firm outside of London. Having undertaken the LPC I have some knowledge in additional areas of law, including employment law, immigration, real estate, business law and dispute resolution, both civil and criminal.
I am fluent in Polish.
