I am a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team, assisting with day-to-day work surrounding Health and Welfare matters, under the supervision of Director Angela Sandhal. I am based in the Birmingham Office and assist with matters that are located in and around the Midlands.
My work mainly focuses on helping vulnerable adults, dealing with issues of mental capacity and best interests for individuals.
Before joining Duncan Lewis, I specialised in Motor Injury cases on behalf of insurance companies. I managed a range of low-value files from liability disputes to claims for personal injuries.
