I am a Senior Caseworker within the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis. I am based in Croydon office under supervision of Bernadette Adusei who is the director of our department.
After graduation from university, I was assisting within the Law Clinic of the University of Plymouth which cooperated with the British Red Cross, which made me gain experiences in relation to Family Reunion of Refugees.
I manage my own caseload under the close supervision of my supervisor. I deal with various aspects of immigration law such as asylum and refugees, assisting victims of domestic violence, victims of torture, victims of trafficking and modern slavery. I also deal with Human Rights application and EU law applications.
I speak Swedish, Farsi and Dari fluently. I am also able to read and write Farsi and Dari.
