Edward Holmes

I am a Caseworker in the Civil Litigation department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. My work covers the full range of litigation matters, including corporate, insolvency, and debt recovery. I work within one of the smaller teams at Duncan Lewis, with Solicitor Karolina Karolina Natkaniec, under Director Anthony Okumah. Within my legal work, I am particularly interested in commercial and property disputes. Outside of this, I am passionate about LGBT+ rights issues and enjoy active participation in my synagogue community.

I have previously undertaken paid and voluntary legal positions at the National Centre for Domestic Violence, Cornwall Street South Chambers, and local West London firms and businesses. During my paralegal employment at NCDV, I provided service exclusively to Legal Aid clients seeking non-molestation and prohibitive steps orders from their abusers. Outside of office hours, I volunteer at the Muswell Hill Law Clinic, assisting in the provision of free legal advice to individuals on a variety of topics, from property disputes to probate.
