Amanda Willmore

I am a Director in our Milton Keynes office of Duncan Lewis Family Law team. I have been a specialist in this area of law since 2011 and have been have been qualified since 2014. I am a domestic abuse champion with the Reducing the Risk charity, and Resolution accredited in domestic abuse.

I undertake injunction work which includes Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. I represent those applying for Non Molestation/Occupation Orders and those who are Respondent's to Non Molestation/Occupation Orders. I undertake cases in both private work and legal aid work, working to get public funding for clients where possible. I will always provide my client with realistic advice, to ensure that they are not disappointed at the outcome, throughout their matter. I feel it is extremely important for my client to be given realistic expectations of the likely outcome of their case from the start.

I am sympathetic and understanding which I feel is important when acting for vulnerable clients.

I undertake all of my own advocacy where I am able, which enables me to provide clients with a realistic understanding of the court process and what to expect. I am client focused and feel it is important for the client to have consistency throughout their matter whether in or out of court.
