Dina Bakhat

I am a Solicitor in the Child Care Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I have gained substantial experience across private and public family law, including legal aid and privately funded matters, developed through completion of a two-year training contract via the SQE route at Taylor Rose MW, a Top 60 Independent Law Firm. My practice area has particularly revolved around domestic abuse injunctions, private children matters and resolving financial disputes.

I am experienced in acting as the first point of contact for vulnerable clients, managing urgent applications and progressing matters efficiently within court-led timetables.

I have successfully undertaken advocacy in injunction proceedings to secure protective orders for my clients and have developed confidence to manage urgent, safeguarding-driven cases through to hearing. Further, I assist clients seeking to issue a divorce application and attempt to resolve financial matters amicably by adopting a common-sense-based approach.

I seek to continue my career at Duncan Lewis within a strong legal team that delivers clear and practical advice to clients in difficult points of their lives to reach a resolution.
