I am a Director of Housing at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in the City of London office, where I co-lead the firm’s nationally recognised Housing Department whilst continuing to act for clients across a broad range of housing and property litigation matters.
I am a housing and litigation solicitor with extensive experience advising and representing both tenants and landlords nationwide in relation to the full spectrum of housing law matters, including homelessness, possession proceedings, disrepair claims, unlawful eviction, injunctions, tenancy disputes, property-related litigation and complex housing matters involving both publicly funded and privately funded clients.
As a Solicitor Advocate, I have significant experience representing clients in the higher courts and regularly undertake advocacy in contested matters. I am experienced in managing complex and high-value disputes, providing strategic, commercially focused advice to individuals, landlords, housing providers and companies.
Alongside my housing practice, I continue to advise on employment-related matters, particularly where these intersect with business and property interests, including TUPE, employment contractual drafting and workplace issues arising from business restructuring and acquisitions.
I am recognised in independent legal directories for my housing law expertise, including ranking in The Legal 500, where I have been described as an “excellent leader” and highly experienced across all areas of housing law.
