I am a Solicitor in the Child Care department regularly acting for parents throughout the Public Law Outline (PLO) process to care proceedings. I manage a large caseload having had extensive experience dealing with vulnerable clients and those with mental health/learning difficulties, addiction issue and those for whom English is not their first language (with the assistance of an interpreter).

I take pride in having a dedicated yet empathetic approach when dealing with clients ensuring that I achieve the best possible outcome for them. I am recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2022.

Family
I am a Family law solicitor who represent clients in private children Act and domestic abuse cases. I am involved in all aspects of the preparation of my client’s cases from taking their instructions; advising on the law and possible outcomes to preparing a variety of court documents and attending hearings.

My caseload compromises of applications for child arrangement orders (inlcuding specific issue and prohibited steps orders), non-molestation/occupation orders, leave to remove and enforcement/variation of a child arrangement order. I take a genuine interest in my clients and works tirelessly to ensure their objectives are met.
