Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Immigration department at the Duncan Lewis Croydon branch. I work with a dedicated team of solicitors, caseworkers and trainees under the supervision of Director, Howard Cheng.
My work involves assisting the team with the day-to-day case progression and client/third party correspondence. I assist in a variety of immigration, asylum and human rights matters in particular asylum appeals, bail applications and the challenging of deportation orders.
I regularly assist asylum clients, many of whom are particularly vulnerable, with their fresh claims and leave to remain applications. I also have experience helping minors, victims of domestic abuse, torture and trafficking.
I have Level 2 Immigration and Asylum accreditation from the Law Society which means I have demonstrated the correct levels of knowledge and experience in this area of law as desired by the Law Society.
