I am a Solicitor in the Childcare department. I represent parents and family members in Children Act Matters.

My Practice covers:

• Public Children Proceedings
• Pre-Proceedings Cases (such as Public Law Outline meetings)
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Private Children proceedings

I have been a qualified Solicitor for over 2 years. Since qualifying I have gained experience in Public and Private Children Matters. I have represented and advised clients in matters of varying complexities including where there have been ongoing criminal proceedings and investigations or allegations of serious domestic violence and child abuse. I have also advised family and friends of the parents in relation to their Kinship or Special Guardianship Assessments.

Outside of work, I have also been part of the Resolution Children Committee since July 2023. As a member of the committee, I am committed to the development and progression of Children Law in England and Wales and have meetings with professional bodies such as the Law Commission and Ministry of Justice to ensure that the voice of practising solicitors, judges and barristers is heard. I have also been involved in the organising and delivery of training events such as the Modern Family Forum in June 2025.
