Profile / Experience
I am a Solicitor in the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis, I initially joined in March 2014 as a caseworker.
I handle various immigration, human rights, and litigation matters, I am also qualified as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
I assist clients under legal aid and on a privately funded basis. My principle areas of work include cases involving deportation and removals from the UK; indefinite leave to remain; entry clearance and leave to remain applications; asylum and human rights; and matters concerning British nationality. I also work with detained clients assisting them with temporary admission, bail, unlawful detention and third country matters under Dublin regulations.
My work further extends to assisting clients with appeal matters and representing them at the First-tier Tribunal, cases involving family reunion, European Union applications, and I carry out numerous challenges by way of judicial review.
