Bradley King-Martin

I am a Senior Caseworker in the Immigration department of Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in their City of London office.

I am accredited as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. I have extensive experience working with vulnerable clients, including those in detention, those suffering from complex psychological issues and victims of modern slavery.

I have assisted with a number of claims for Judicial Review, representing claimants in challenging the decisions and actions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department. Since joining Duncan Lewis Solicitors in November 2023, I have also conducted cases heard by the First-tier Tribunal, including applications for bail and human rights appeals.
