Bogdan Smigon

As a Caseworker employed by Duncan Lewis I am committed to ensuring that every single client who enlists our assistance receives a fair outcome in regards to their case. Due to understanding that all matters relating to housing and living conditions can have a severe impact upon all parties involved, my goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of all the clients I will be representing through a prompt and fair resolution of their queries. I will be assisting with all areas of Housing Law, including but not limited to: Homelessness, Tenant Eviction, Illegal Eviction and Tenant Rights.

Previous to undertaking the caseworker role at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, I have undertaken legal work placements in both the United Kingdom and in Moldova in Law firms specializing in Mental Health Law, Family Law and Land Law. Due to the given work experience I have gained the expertise necessary to work with both physically and mentally vulnerable clients.

I look forward to being a part of the Housing Department under the direct supervision of the Housing Director, David Head.

• Vested interest in the development of Data Protection Regulation in the United Kingdom and the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on said regulation.
• Interest in the development of squatter rights and their effect upon the right to private property.
