I am a Caseworker in the Public Law and Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis. I have gained experience in a wide variety of matters concerning asylum, judicial review and applications considered under the Points Based System since I started at Duncan Lewis. I have taken instructions from clients on a wide range of matters, including on an emergency basis, leading to grants of out of hours’ injunctions preventing their removal.
I joined Duncan Lewis to help those in need of legal assistance with their respective Immigration and/or Public Law matters. For example if you are an EEA citizen who requires assistance in applying for permanent residence (PR) or if you seek asylum and/or wish to challenge a Home Office decision I am able and willing to act under extreme time pressures to ensure that justice is achieved.
I am proud to now be in the position of helping those in need and I am prepared to offer my clients professional and dedicated representation with a background of knowledge and experience that gives me the understanding one needs when approaching such sensitive issues in cases such as a claim for asylum.
