Barry Grogan

I am a Director in the Personal Injury team at Duncan Lewis based in the City of London office. I am a highly experienced solicitor and deal with the full range of personal injury claims including but not limited to head injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, chronic pain and severe orthopaedic injuries.

I have over twelves years’ experience in acting for Claimants that have been injured in road traffic collisions, accidents at work, public liability claims, Animal Act claims and CICA claims.

I have recently represented at trial a Claimant, who suffered from chronic pain as the result of a road traffic collision, and who was awarded very high six figures by the court. I have also recently secured substantial damages in an accident at work claim involving multiple Defendants.

I have been mentioned in the Legal 500 and have been an accredited Litigator of APIL.

I supervise a team of solicitors and caseworkers who are dedicated to representing those that have been injured and to obtain for them the compensation that they deserve.
