Profile / Experience
I am a Child Care Caseworker at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in the City of London office. I work under the supervision of Solicitor Melissa Rutherford, who specialises in public and private family law matters, and is extensively experienced in matters such as divorce, financial settlements, child law, prenuptial, postnuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements, divorce and TOLATA.
My role involves providing support in the day-to-day case progression of a wide range of public and private child law cases. I care deeply about giving a voice to children, and I am dedicated to advocating for them in my work.
Prior to this, I was involved in my university's legal advice centre, in the family clinic, where I advised on grandparent rights, division of assets on divorce, and child arrangements.
I have native proficiency in Arabic.
