I am a Caseworker of Public Law at Duncan Lewis. I help with challenges to policy/law relating to vulnerable people, challenges to decisions made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department and issues of human rights such as family reunification.
I have experience in cases which have been decided in the European Court of Human Rights, Upper Tribunal and other Immigration Courts on issues such as human trafficking, family reunification and unlawful detention. I have worked in several legal charities and law clinics across London. I have held positions during my education as the Head of Publications for Junior Lawyers Against Poverty, The Howard League for Penal Reform and my university's Centre for Access to Justice.
I am working towards accreditation as a Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
