I act for both employees and employers and I am frequently instructed to work in house with Human Resources to resolve and assist any employment disputes without litigation. I hold a particular interest in all areas of discrimination on grounds of sex, race, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation and age. I pride myself with being honest and realistic on cases when instructed. I also appreciate that clients need to be fully informed of the weaknesses and strengths of their case at an early stage, in addition to any costs awards that can be made against them should they proceed with their claim.
