I am a Caseworker in the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, working in the Harrow office.
I assist the team of solicitors, trainees, and caseworkers with the day-to-day case progressions as well as with client and third party correspondence. I work on human rights cases where rights under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) are breached. I advise and am able to assist clients on a number of immigration matters including settlement applications and asylum/humanitarian protection.
