Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Housing department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am based in the firm's Birmingham office and currently work under the direct supervision of the housing solicitor and director, Lorick Winarskie.
Most of the work I undertake relates to defending injunction proceedings, however I have extensive experience is all aspects of housing law including defending possession/eviction proceedings due to rent arrears or anti-social behaviour, s.204 homelessness appeals in the County Court, and Harassment Act proceedings.
I am committed to supporting my clients and ensuring they obtain the best outcome throughout their cases.
