Rubin was invited on to ABN to clarify the changes in legislation regrading drivers using their mobile phones. He clarified that it is not the law that had changed, but the punishment for breaking said laws have become more severe.

He then went to explain different scenarios where you might think you are not 'using' your mobile phone, but may still be penalised, for example when a mobile phone is in a cradle and being used as a sat nav.
