The Secretary of State for Justice justifies restricting access both to Court and to legal aid for judicial review challenges on the basis that judicial review challenges are taking too long to decide. James Packer writes an open letter pointing out that the government is a cause of the large part of the whole of the delay in the Administrative Court. This letter has been published by the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association
