Duncan Lewis is very pleased to announce the return of Director Vicash Ramkissoon following his time with KPMG. Vicash, a specialist in Privately Funded Clients & Business Immigration returns to the Company to co-lead the Business Immigration Department with Ayan Yalchin & Mandip Hayre.

With Duncan Lewis, Vicash draws on his experience working with Fortune 100 companies and high net worth individuals to provide technical expertise on complex applications under the Points Based System (PBS) including all aspects of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 Applications. Vicash’s work with Indian based SMEs was highlighted in the 2012 edition of Legal 500 and this remains an important target market to the firm. Duncan Lewis’ Business Immigration Department often assists small/medium sized companies with the process of licensing and compliance under the Sponsorship Management System and has assisted companies facing criminal/civil penalties in relation to illegal working. The department is routinely approached to advise High Net Worth individuals under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor scheme and works closely with a number of private banks in relation to providing personalised immigration solutions for mutual clients and their dependant families.
