Staff at Legal 500 recommended firm Duncan Lewis Solicitors, will be holding a “Football Aid” match on the 15th August 2014 to raise money for those affected by the Gaza Crisis.

Members of Duncan Lewis Solicitors will be holding a “Football Aid” charity football match to raise money to contribute to the relief effort in Gaza and Humanitarian Aid.

Duncan Lewis is the largest Civil Legal Aid provider in the UK. Some of the key areas of law we specialise in are Immigration and Human Rights. We are committed to upholding the Rule of Law and the rights of vulnerable people in the UK.

Like so many people, we are deeply concerned at the humanitarian crisis currently happening in Gaza and we will be holding a charity football match at Wembley Power League in a bid to raise funds to help with the relief effort and Humanitarian Aid for the people of Gaza on 15th August 2014.

All proceeds raised by will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians, who have confirmed that they are operating a 100% donation policy and that all funds will be used strictly for Charitable purposes.

As well as members of our firm, we have also invited a number of Barristers from various Chambers who have confirmed their attendance and donations.

Toufique Hossain, Public Law Director and Solicitor said; “We would like to raise as much money as possible for the people of Gaza. Here in the UK, we take for granted that we can play football without the fear of being shot dead. Sadly, the children of Gaza do not have that luxury. Raising money for the survivors of this crisis is the least we can do. Please do donate”

The event will be held at Power League, Wembley Park, Royal Route, London HA9 0WS on 15th August 2014 7-10pm (5mins from Wembley Park Station).
