DUNCAN LEWIS PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE21 March 2011Duncan Lewis were today granted permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal against decisions refusing to award costs to the Claimants in the High Court in a test case. The Court of Appeal will reconsider the principles applicable to awarding costs in the Administrative Court.
