with Mental Health issues.
Reshma obtained her LLB (Hons) degree at the University of Wolverhampton. She has been practising Mental Health Law since 2006 and is currently studying for her LPC. Her aim is to qualify and practise as a Mental Health Law Solicitor.
Reshma joined Duncan Lewis in August 2007. She chose to work for Duncan Lewis because she was looking to work with a reputable law firm, which offers excellent service whilst maintaining a stimulating and enjoyable working environment for its team.
She is currently a paralegal in the mental health department. Reshma represent clients at Care Programme Approach meetings, Hospital Managers and Mental Health Review Tribunals.
Reshma aims to obtain panel membership of the Mental Health Tribunal.
