Georgina joined Duncan Lewis in October 2003 and progressed as a Trainee until qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2006. After moving to Warwickshire Georgina became a Consultant Solicitor practising mainly in the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Georgina has specialised in Mental Health law since 2006 and has been a member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel since April 2008. Membership to this organisation shows that a practitioner has the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to advise, assist and represent clients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act and only those Solicitors who meet the Law Society's exacting accreditation requirements are permitted to join the panel.

Georgina is committed to this area of law and to protecting and guarding the individual rights and liberties of those being detained and always endeavours to exercise the clients' legal rights and advise them whilst detained in hospital. She provides advice, assistance and representation for clients who are detained under all sections of the Mental Health Act.

Georgina recognises the importance of forming positive working relationships with all her clients and is a dedicated professional who prides herself on dealing with her clients personally and is always prepared to go that extra mile.

To relax Georgina likes to spend her spare time walking her dog in the Warwickshire countryside.
