Duncan Lewis Solicitors are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Housing and Property Litigation solicitor, Adrian Smith. Adrian will be based in the company’s Luton office and will also provide housing services in Milton Keynes.
Adrian studied Psychology and Health Sciences at the University of Liverpool and spent time working in a secure psychiatric hospital before studying law and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013. He specialises in matters relating to possession claims, homelessness and unlawful eviction and has worked on a number of notable cases in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal. He is passionate about social justice and is a member of Young Legal Aid Lawyers and the Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers. He is also a local Labour Party Councillor.
