Camden Council is inviting residents to share their experiences of the mental health services provided by Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
The council has devised an anonymous survey, which takes 15 minutes to complete, after a request by councillors in the Health Scrutiny Committee at Camden Council.
The views collected from the survey will be used to develop local mental health services in Camden. The deadline for responses to the online survey is Friday, 20 May.
Responses will be completely anonymous and all information will be kept confidential and not shared with anyone outside public health services.
After completing the survey, participants have the option to provide their name and contact details for participation in a follow-up group discussion.
