Litigation

Anthony qualified as a Barrister in 2000 and then as a Solicitor in September 2005. He joined Duncan Lewis in October 2006 in the General Litigation team at the Harrow on the Hill office. Anthony also has a Masters Degree in Commercial Law from Swansea University.

His area of practice also includes dispute resolution, whether through litigation, arbitration or mediation. He is focused on debt recovery; insolvency (personal & commercial); credit and contractual disputes and contentious probate cases.

Recent cases that Anthony has dealt with include an annulment of a bankruptcy order and a substantial probate case at the High Court. Anthony regularly appears before a variety of tribunals, predominantly the County Courts, but also in front of the Registrars in the Bankruptcy Courts, and Masters In the High Court.

Anthony is also involved in pro bono work and regularly attends the Local Citizen’s Advice Bureaus and Law Centres.
